GKinetic Energy are going to France!

📣 GKINETIC ENERGY ARE GOING TO FRANCE! 🥳 We will be testing at the Ifremer flume tank to optimise our 3kW model for upcoming commercial pilots later this year. A big thank you to the “RISEnergy TA programme”. This support makes a massive difference to continual improvements in our technology.

The facility and the team at Boulognes Sur Mer are world class 🙌🤗. The flume is equipped with advanced laser technology that allows us to map flow behaviour around and through our turbines. Using 3D laser doppler velocimetry we can accurately map the flow of water through our patented counter-rotating turbines to further increase efficiency. We look forward to working with the Ifremer team again this Summer.
